MOSS AGATE

The silica mineral quartz variant known as moss agate, also known as mocha stone, comprises opaque, dark-colored inclusions with branching formations that resemble ferns, moss, or other vegetation. It ranges in colour from greyish to milky-white. The materials are of inorganic origin, primarily manganese and iron oxides.
